Jennifer Lieser is an Associate Attorney at Kaplan Marino. Her practice focuses on white collar and state criminal litigation. Jennifer has been involved in a variety of criminal cases, including but not limited to bribery and kickbacks, fraud, murder, robbery, assault, sex crimes, domestic violence, and driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
Allen Weinberg is of Counsel to Kaplan Marino. Mr. Weinberg has been in private practice as a Criminal Defense Attorney since 1993. Having tried complex cases in both state and federal courts, in recent years, Mr. Weinberg has devoted most of his practice to criminal appeals and other post-conviction work. Mr. Weinberg regularly argues before the California Courts of Appeal and has argued multiple times before the California Supreme Court. He has been of counsel to the firm for more than a decade.
